6 ea Corn
1 oz Whole Butter
4 fl oz Heavy cream
1 tbsp Fresh basil leaves, chopped
To Taste Salt and White Pepper
1. Cut the kernels from the ears.
2. Saute the onion in the butter without browning.
3. Add the corn and saute until hot.
4. Add the cream. Bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Add the basil and season with salt and white pepper.
* For those not allergic to onion- you can add 2 oz Onion, small dice
